Is there any installation charge for new connection for consumer package?
Yes, there is 1000/- installation charge for each connection.
How much I have to pay for first time to get the connection?
You have to pay 1000/- as installation charge along with you first month MRC (monthly recurring charge). Like: if you choose premium package-1, then you have to pay total 2300/- taka.
Since I am paying installation cost, who will be the goods owner then, like: ONU/MC, Fiber, Patch cord?
We are getting 1000/- taka as manpower cost for installation. We providing the goods to provide the connection which MRC (monthly recurring charge) you have to pay per month basis. However, Triangle bound to restore any faulty goods during your subscription. So, the goods owner is Triangle.
Which document required to get Consumer connection?
User must have to submit their photocopy of trade license/IRC (if required), Photo identity, recent utility bill of connection address and one copy recent color photo and photo ID like (NID, Passport, Driving License etc) during sign up.
Do I have to fill-up the subscription form?
Yes, you have to fill-up the subscription form. Or you may submit your all information with required document from “Registration” menu. After confirmation from you KAM, your connection will be process.
Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes, it’s available behind the subscription form.
How many payment options available to pay the bill?
You can pay through bKash, Rocket, Bank deposit, Bank transfer, CDM, online payment. Also, you can come to our office for cash payment.
How can I pay the bill through online payment?
You have to call to your KAM (key account manager) or support to get your user name and password to login to online portal to make the payment.
How many types of card will support for online payment?
Most of the Bangladeshi’s card will support for online payment.
Where I get payment procedure for bKash/Rocket?
Please go to “Billing” menu to get the procedure.
Can I pay in my door step?
There are no options to collect the bill from door step for consumer connection.
I want to change the connection address, what is the procedure?
You have to email on firstname.lastname@example.org or you have to contact with your KAM (key account manager) to change the connection address.
We required hard copy of invoice for official record, is it possible?
Yes, it’s possible. we shall provide hard copy of invoice only for official connection. You have to send email to billing department for first time to get the hard copy of invoice.
How can I get invoice and what is due date to payment?
You will get SMS with your invoice amount at 26th of each month and you have to pay the bill within 5th of the month.
How to I migrate the package?
You have to email on email@example.com last days of the month to migrate the package.
If I want to transfer my link ownership to my relatives in same address, is it possible?
Yes, it’s possible. You have to send email on firstname.lastname@example.org or you have to contact with your KAM (key account manager)
I want to stop my connection temporarily basis for few month, is it possible?
There is no way to stop for temporarily basis.
If I want to stop the connection for permanently, what will be the procedure?
